Below is an example of how to copy and assemble a tri-fold fold up.

The picture above shows the cover (full page on left) and inside (full page on right). These are copied on the front and back of one single sheet. Notice that the front cover is upside down for easier copying. Foldable all assembled and folded (See picture below).
